Abstract

Konflik antar suporter sepak bola di Indonesia, seperti antara Arema FC dan Persebaya Surabaya, mencerminkan dampak fanatisme berlebihan yang berujung pada kekerasan dan perpecahan sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dinamika konflik suporter melalui pendekatan studi pustaka, serta menganalisis relevansi nilai-nilai Pancasila sebagai solusi etis dan edukatif dalam menciptakan atmosfer pertandingan yang damai. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa teori identitas sosial dan teori konflik dapat menjelaskan kecenderungan perilaku eksklusif kelompok suporter. Penerapan nilai-nilai Pancasila—terutama kemanusiaan, persatuan, dan keadilan sosial—memiliki potensi besar dalam menumbuhkan toleransi, mengurangi ketegangan, dan membentuk budaya sportivitas yang inklusif. Kesimpulannya, pendekatan berbasis nilai terbukti lebih konstruktif dibandingkan pendekatan represif. Oleh karena itu, integrasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam pendidikan suporter dan kebijakan klub menjadi langkah strategis untuk mencegah konflik serupa di masa mendatang.
