Chatra: Jurnal Pendidikan dan Pengajaran is an academic platform that facilitates the publication of research and scholarly studies in the field of education. The journal focuses on enhancing the quality of education through the dissemination of knowledge, theories, practices, and innovations in teaching and learning. The published articles are expected to provide significant contributions to academics, researchers, educators, and practitioners. The journal was first published in 2023 with a publication frequency of three issues per year, namely in April, August, and December. Starting in 2026, the journal increases its publication frequency to four issues per year, published in March, June, September, and December.

The scope of the journal covers various aspects of education, including learning processes, teaching methods, educational theories, assessment and evaluation, innovations in education, as well as empirical research that contributes to improving educational practices and policies. In addition, the journal also accepts articles in the form of literature reviews and systematic literature reviews (SLR) that provide both theoretical and practical contributions to the advancement of educational studies. With its broad and multidisciplinary scope, Chatra: Jurnal Pendidikan dan Pengajaran is committed to becoming a reliable source of high-quality scholarly publications that support the improvement of education at a global level.

Article Identification and Numbering Policy

2026-07-17

Starting with the next issue, this journal will no longer use conventional page numbers or page ranges. Instead, every published article will be assigned a unique Article Identifier (Article ID) consisting of an article-type prefix followed by its Submission ID.

  • s for Short Communication (e.g., s1009)
  • e for Research Paper (e.g., e1009)
  • r for Review Paper (e.g., r1009)

The assigned Article ID will appear in article PDFs, journal issues, metadata, indexing records, and the recommended citation format.

Chatra: Jurnal Pendidikan dan Pengajaran is a scholarly journal that focuses on a broad range of educational topics, including learning processes, teaching methodologies, educational theories, student assessment, as well as innovations and recent research findings in the field of education. The journal aims to disseminate original research findings and up-to-date knowledge that are relevant to education practitioners, including teachers and lecturers, in order to support the continuous improvement of teaching and learning quality.

This issue features seven scholarly articles contributed by academics and researchers from Indonesia and Malaysia. These international contributions reflect the journal's commitment to fostering academic collaboration and promoting the dissemination of high-quality, innovative, and impactful educational research. Through this publication, the journal seeks to enrich scholarly discourse and contribute to the advancement of educational knowledge and practice at both the national and international levels.
