Jurnal Pendidikan Sosial Indonesia (JUPSI) is committed to the principle of Open Access, ensuring that all published articles are freely and permanently available to readers worldwide immediately upon publication without subscription or access fees. JUPSI believes that unrestricted access to scholarly knowledge promotes the wider dissemination of research findings, strengthens academic collaboration, and increases the impact of scientific publications.
All articles published by JUPSI are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license permits users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, link to, adapt, and reuse published works in any medium or format, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and the source of publication.

Plagiarism Screening Policy
JUPSI is committed to upholding academic integrity by implementing a strict zero-tolerance policy toward plagiarism and all forms of publication misconduct. Every submitted manuscript undergoes an originality screening using recognized plagiarism detection software before entering the double-blind peer-review process. As a general guideline, the overall similarity index should not exceed 15%, excluding properly cited quotations, references, and standard methodological descriptions. Editorial decisions are based not only on the similarity percentage but also on the context and significance of the matched content. In handling publication ethics issues, JUPSI refers to the guidance published by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
